The company has been admitted for incubation in the Technology Business Incubator set up by the Society of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SINE) hosted by I.I.T. Bombay.

Kaushal Sarda (Founder & Director)
Kaushal was working with Capgemini consulting in the area of process transformation and Enterprise Solutions. He has mainly worked on consulting engagements for Consumer Products, High-Tech, and Professional Services firms. He has also played a key role for building the SAP CRM practice at Capgemini India. He has conducted business process workshops and given technology consultations to some large clients of Capgemini India.
Before joining Capgemini, he was research analyst at the Centre for Secure Information Systems, a leading Research Lab (at George Mason University) in the United States of America. There, he participated in conceptualizing frameworks and models in the domain of information correlation for governmental, military and commercial clients.
Kaushal has Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from University of Mumbai, and MS in Information Systems from George Mason University (GMU), Fairfax, VA, USA.
Prof. N L Sarda (Founder & Director)
Dr. N L. Sarda is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Mumbai (Bombay). His main research interests are in the areas of Database Systems and Software Engineering. He has published widely in international journals and conferences. He has participated in many conferences in the capacity of Programme Committee member, invited speaker, etc. He was the Programme Co-chair of VLDB'96, a premier international database conference, which was held in Bombay. He is also on the editorial board of a few international journals. Recently, he was Programme Chair for the Annual event of Computer Society of India organized in Dec. 2004 and attended by over 600 professionals in the IT area.
He is closely associated with many companies and government institutions as a consultant, offering advice in planning, selection, implementation and evaluation of information technology solutions. He is a Director on the Board of Directors of Union Bank of India and Clearing Corporation of India. He is also serving as Professor-in-Charge of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, in which role he coordinates with the Society for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SINE) hosted by IIT Bombay to encourage and actively facilitate IITB's faculty and students to convert intellectual property developed by them into business ventures.
He received his Master's (M.Tech.) and PhD degrees in Computer Science from IIT Bombay.

Ann Burgraff has over 15 years experience in technology marketing. Most recently Ann was VP of Marketing at salesforce.com and Informative. Prior to this, she served as VP of Marketing Communications at DoubleClick, Inc., and was an early member of NetGravity, Inc., both pioneers in Internet marketing solutions. Ann has also held positions at Dentsu Advertising, Clement Mok Designs (Sapient), and Access Softek.
Ms. Burgraff holds a BS in Marketing and enjoys hiking, traveling and cooking.

Sandip Chintawar
Sandip has been a successful entrepreneur in the Silicon Valley in USA. He built two successful companies with their own niche software products. He managed the technologies and product development as well as quality assurance. These companies are ECtone, Inc (Acquired by BEA Systems, Inc) Santa Clara, CA, where he was the Founder & CTO (Jan 2000- Jan 2004). The second company was Aquas, Inc( Acquired by Inteliant, Inc SOSS) Sunnyvale, CA where he was the President and CTO (March 1995- Dec 1999).
Presently, after returning to India, he has set up a consultancy and development company called Arion Systems Pvt Ltd., Mumbai, India (with office in Santa Clara, CA also). Sandip has M.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Roorkee.
