1. Uhuroo is a tool for information and document management. It allows you to store information as 'scribbles' in broadly three categories:
private information, that only you can access
public information, shared by all, and to which all can contribute
group information, accessible to members only
2. A scribble has a title, source, and contents. One/more files can also be attched to a scribble. You can post scribble into private, public and groups (where you are a member). A scribble can also have a 'tag' which is a word/phrase to describe its contents.

1. When you login using your email and password, you reach Home page. This page is a DashBoard which has one window for private, public and for each group. Each window lists titles of latest 5 scribbles from that category.
2. Create a posting (i.e., create a new scribble) : you can add a new scribble to private, public, or a group by clicking on New Post that takes you to a page for creating a scribble.
4. Exploring and searching : You can see scribbles in a group or in private/public category in a Explorer. You can read a scribble, add your comment to it, and even search withing the scribbles in the selected category.
5. Consolidating scribbles: You can consolidate selected scribbles for further editing and making them into a PDF or DOC file using the PrintBasket feature.
6. Documents listing and searching: You can see documents that have been uploaded in each category, open them for reading, and also search within these documents.
7. Pushing emails as scribbles to Uhuroo: we have useful information in our emails that we may wish to share with groups on Uhuroo. This is very simple with Uhuroo plug-in for Outlook, or by using group email address facility for forwardong your emails to Uhuroo.
8. Pusing information from your workstation into Uhuroo: you may have a file on your system that you want to put on Uhuroo in selected category. Uhroo provides a desktop client for dragging-and-dropping files onto Uhuroo.
9. Collecting information from web: We often see useful information on web (internet or intranet) that we will like to bring to our group for further discussion (or information). This is very simple with Uhuroo using browser plug-ins.
11. Creating a group type: some organizations have fixed types of groups, with pre-defined tags. Templates for such group types can be defined so that groups can then be easily created without re-typing sameinformation again.
