Uhuroo customer pilot program is key in ensuring that we build a better, stable and customer-oriented product. Our program is designed to meet both your needs as well as our development team's objective of testing Uhuroo in a variety of live production environments. The pilot program will assists us in creating a quality product and while identifying any issues that need to be addressed before final release. This will result in a better customer experience.
With your feedback, we will be able to deliver a superior, and tested product to the marketplace. As part of the pilot program, you will be working closely with the Uhuroo's software development and marketing teams to provide bi-weekly feedback on this new product.
Participating customers would gain from exposure to a unique information collaboration solution. Some additional benefits to the pilot Customers would be:
FREE "Use-Uhuroo" pass, which will allow you to use the product for post pilot period for 3 months without any license charges.
Free technical support throughout the duration of the pilot period.
Free Installation support.
Ability to influence the final code and submit enhancement requests prior to release.
One-on-one contact with the Development team to resolve issues for the pilot period and for information on future releases.
Resulting knowledge gained from participating on the pilot program.
Responsibilities of Pilot Customers during usage period would be as follows
Provide the required hardware to adequately install the product
Identified user group will use Uhuroo for a minimum of 10 Hours a week
Report defects found during pilot usage
Report needs for addition features required to support basic user workflow
Provide overall feedback to development on reliability, stability, and readiness of product for marketplace. This information can be used by CollCraft as client validations in the future
Help in creating ROI case study for the product, which can be published by CollCraft in the future.
Provide feedback regarding product documentation and help systems
Note: Duration of the pilot will be 1 Month from the day of installation. We will have 2 feedback meetings within this period. Beta customers can contact Uhuroo development team at any time during the pilot period.
