Kaushal Sarda, Co-Founder & CEO, CollCraft Technologies

Kaushal is in charge of the conceptualisation, definition and development of CollCraft Technologies products, most notably Uhuroo. He also has the responsibility of monitoring the strategic direction of the company.

Before undertaking this entrepreneurial journey with CollCraft Technologies, Kaushal worked at Capgemini Consulting in the areas of Process Transformation and Enterprise Solutions. Kaushal was instrumental in organising the SAP CRM practice at Capgemini India. He has also worked as a Research Analyst at the Centre for Secure Information Systems, a leading Research Lab at George Mason University, USA. He regularly speaks on the subject of Enterprise 2.0 and social software at various industry events.

Kaushal has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Mumbai in Computer Engineering and has completed his Masters Degree in Information Systems from George Mason University, USA.

Madan Rawtani, Co-Founder & President ' Marketing & Business Development, CollCraft Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Madan is assigned with the task of making sure as many people as possible embrace Uhuroo, CollCraft's flagship product. He is the main marketing strategist for Uhuroo across the Web and real world. Before taking this entrepreneurial plunge, Madan worked with Tata AIG General Insurance Company where he handled the profit centre management and underwriting product and public liability risks for the Liabilities team. Prior to this, Madan worked as an Analyst with the Cash Management Group with Polaris Software Lab Ltd.

Madan holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai with a specialization in Electronics and Telecommunications. He also holds a PGDBM (MBA) in Finance and Systems from XLRI School of Management, Jamshedpur.

Dr. N.L.Sarda,, Co-Founder & Director, CollCraft Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Dr. Sarda is a Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai (IIT, Bombay). His primary research interest lies in Database Systems and Software Engineering. To his credit, he has been published extensively in journals of international repute. He has also contributed in numerous conferences as a Programme Committee Member and an invited speaker. Presently, he is the Professor-in-Charge of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and coordinates the Society for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SINE). It is hosted by IIT Bombay and encourages students and faculty at IIT Bombay to transform their intellectual property into viable business projects.

Dr. Sarda holds a Masters Degree (M.Tech) and a PhD in Computer Science from IIT Bombay.
